We scanned the bags of 23-year-old, alleged drug trafficker Ceestra Burgess as she traveled with her lover from Fort Lauderdale to St. Croix with approximately 25 lbs of marijuana, vacuum-sealed and wrapped as Christmas gifts. We weed through the details, cut through the smoke, and debunk the skunk in this cannabis-filled caper.
